Facility-wide IoT sensing

IoT sensors and gateways deployed throughout the data center to monitor PDUs, UPS systems, cooling units (CRAC/CRAH), temperature, humidity, airflow, and critical environmental parameters such as fuel tank status, smoke/fire detection, filter health, and leakage. Integrated energy monitoring per rack enables granular optimization of consumption.

Modbus, BACnet & SNMP

Integrated with existing building management systems (BMS) and infrastructure equipment via Modbus, BACnet, and SNMP protocols for unified data collection across all power, cooling, and environmental systems.

Single pane of glass

Transmitted all infrastructure data securely to a cloud IoT platform, providing a single pane of glass for monitoring all critical systems, including real-time visibility into utility power quality, DC rectifier performance, generator and UPS readiness, and battery state of health.

Real-time alerting

Implemented real-time alerting on the dashboard to surface threshold breaches and fault conditions (e.g., power degradation, cooling loss, filter clog, leakage, or fire/smoke events) as they occur, enabling immediate response.

Trending & capacity planning

Delivered dashboards with live status, historical trending, and reporting to support capacity planning, compliance requirements, and ongoing energy optimization across individual racks and the entire facility.

Remote diagnostics

Enabled remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) and minimize the need for on-site interventions, while providing comprehensive visibility into fuel levels, humidity, cooling efficiency, and physical security.
