The Solution
- Integrated directly with solar inverters to capture real-time data on energy generated, exported to the grid, imported from the grid, and self-consumed on site.
- Connected the IoT gateway to inverter controllers via Modbus to extract granular performance metrics including DC input power, AC output power, conversion efficiency, and string-level diagnostics.
- Aggregated generation and consumption data through a central IoT gateway and transmitted it securely to a cloud platform for unified monitoring.
- Delivered a cloud dashboard providing a unified view of solar generation alongside site load consumption, enabling real-time performance benchmarking against expected output.
- Configured alarm notifications for inverter faults, communication failures, and performance deviations to enable rapid response.
- Provided historical trend analysis and reporting to support performance reviews and maintenance planning.
